This 5 week flexibility course with Kitty Peels is suitable for all levels, from total beginners up. Please note this is a flexibility course only, not contortion.
Kitty will be focusing on mindful flexibility training, creating strength and stability in the joints as well as increasing flexibility and mobility.
Students will assess their practice individually and we will explore the barriers preventing progress, looking in detail at fascia, nerves, muscle and bone and how we can change our thought process in our training and keep long term joint health remaining injury free.
Tutor Kitty has trained Circus arts and flexibility training for 13 years, training with many different incredible tutors along the way. She has also completed level 2 Flexibility teacher training with dance specialist physios, Vayu aerial yoga teacher training and Nimble arts training with 8 years of teaching experience. Although Kitty still performs, teaching is her passion and she is fascinated about the amazing nature of the human body and encourages continuous exploration and learning.

You may complete your purchase before submitting the form to secure your place but please note, students who haven't completed a form prior to the start of the lesson / workshop will not be able to participate.
Flexibility Course with Kitty Peels (5 weeks)
Unless otherwise stated, all our lessons and workshops start with a group warm up. Because of this please arrive promptly as anyone more than 10 minutes late may not be able to join for safety reasons. (excludes advanced students who can do self warm up)
