This 5 week flexibility course with Victoria is suitable for all levels, from those just starting out training flexibility to those looking to train flexibility and/or contortion at a higher level.
We will be training legs, glutes, working on stronger splits, shoulder mobility and back bends using active flexibility drills with exercises to help strengthen plus relaxing and opening more restricted areas.
Tutor Victoria started her career as a Gymnast, competing at an International level until she was 18. She then went on to study the art of Hand Balancing at The National Centre for Circus Arts, London graduating with an Honours Degree. She teaches on the Crossfit Gymnastics strand and also performs in various cabarets and shows in and around London.

You may complete your purchase before submitting the form to secure your place but please note, students who haven't completed a form prior to the start of the lesson / workshop will not be able to participate.

Unless otherwise stated, all our lessons and workshops start with a group warm up. Because of this please arrive promptly as anyone more than 10 minutes late may not be able to join for safety reasons. (excludes advanced students who can do self warm up)
